IM provides tools to:
- Create and manage online memorials,
- Share photos, videos, and tributes,
- Build timelines and biographies,
- Invite friends and family to events,
- Share remembrances
- Provide Funeral Director Directors to contact
- Provide other Related Services
You can use these features on our website and apps (the “Platform”).
Who Can Use IM
- Guests: Can view memorials and sometimes comment or upload, depending on page settings.
- Account Holders: Registered users
- IM Administrators: Account Holders who create and manage memorial pages. IM Administrators should be close family members or have family permissions
Your Responsibilities
By using IM, you agree to:
- Only post content you own or have permission to share.
- Treat others with respect—no harassment, impersonation, or offensive material.
- Not use IM for illegal, commercial, or spam activity.
- Keep the platform safe by not uploading harmful files or trying to break into accounts.
Content Ownership
- You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you post.
- By posting, you give IM permission to display and share your content on the Platform.
- If you delete content, it may remain in backups for a short time or in archives.
Safety & Respect
- Do not post hate speech, threats, pornography, or anything that violates someone’s rights.
- IM may remove content or disable accounts that break the rules.
Accounts & Termination
- You can delete your account anytime.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts or services at our discretion if rules are broken.
- Refund Policy is at 7 Days. Refunds are not available once you have completed and uploaded your Memorial
Our Limitations
- IM is provided “as is”—we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
- We are not responsible for damages from use of the site, including lost data.
- We take steps to protect your information, but cannot guarantee complete safety.
Legal Stuff
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales.
- If part of the Terms doesn’t apply, the rest still does.
- Using IM means you agree to these Terms.
